Breath is our most important tool.
Since 2022, I have been a certified HOLISTIC BREATH® COACH and I passionately guide a group of people regularly or offer one-on-one sessions. It is THE resilience training for your life. If you’re interested, please check out the offers below.
Through active breathing, you receive numerous impulses, creative energy, and, of course, an overall sense of well-being. In the sessions, we often manage to face life’s challenges in a more positive way through the breath, reduce stress, and shift our perspective. On a physical level alone, it is incredibly healing and regenerative.
The practice is magical.
The process.
We usually meet in a small group via Zoom. There is a lovingly created welcome space, followed by a brief warm-up to bring us into the present moment. The coherence between heart and brain is quickly established, and the body begins to relax within the first few minutes.
The main part consists of individual rounds of breathing, where we inhale briefly and actively through the nose and exhale passively through the mouth. Afterward, we fully exhale and, after a few seconds, fully inhale. This completes one round. I will gently guide you through the sequence.
Combined with atmospheric music and guided visualization, I will lead you into a natural and safe flow state where you can release mental, physical, and emotional blockages.
Towards the end, we enter the integration phase, where we relax and give the body a moment of rest. It’s simply the best tool we have to relax and sustainably improve our lives!

Important
This is a breathwork course, not breath therapy! No medical conditions are treated. The primary focus is to improve overall well-being, which can be felt on a physical, mental, and/or emotional level.
Contraindications
The participant acknowledges, through this agreement, that breathwork is not recommended for individuals with a history of cardiovascular diseases, glaucoma, retinal detachment, severe mental illnesses, psychosis or panic attacks, seizures, advanced osteoporosis, physical injuries, or recent major surgeries, asthma, or epilepsy. It is also advised to avoid this breathwork during pregnancy. If this applies to you but you still wish to participate, please feel free to contact me.
By signing up for this training, you confirm that you have read the contraindications and are able to practice safely. Karoline Bär cannot be held liable in the event of an incident.

Through acting, I’ve always been strongly connected to my breath. But still, I realize how rarely I consciously take deep breaths in everyday life. Most of the time, it’s in moments of tension, pressure, or complete frustration.
Hand on heart: In which moments do you really take a deep, conscious breath into your belly?
It’s almost a miracle that our body knows how to help itself in these situations, releasing pressure through the autonomic system—without us even having to think about it—and relaxing the entire (nervous) system!
I’m sure, as you’ve been reading this, you’ve automatically taken at least one deep breath, because you’ve remembered how good it feels and how healing it is! Just take another breath right now—slowly, and guided through your nose as you inhale and through your mouth as you exhale—and feel how even your muscle tone changes. A little more calm and that inner peace we all long for begins to emerge. It can be that simple.
